Hello!  I'm Ellen Sallia. 

 

         I thank you so much for taking the time to get to know me better. It has always been important to me for my clients to get to know me and my obsession with hair. Yes, I said it, 

obsession as some have called it, I SAY LOVE!!!!

 

          It started when I was about 4 years old. My big Sister Lillie (who was about 10 years old at the time) was braiding one of the boys in our family hair. She had actually braided his first and last name initials in his hair. When I saw that I was just amazed. I thought to myself: "That's what I want to do when I grow up, I want to make people say "AWE!!!" when they see me do hair as my Sister Lillie had made others as well as myself " I got my first pay job doing hair at the age of 8, it was about 50 cents, but not long after I was getting paid $1.00 a head, then $3.00, then $5.00; by the time I was 12 years old $5.00 came very easy for me.

 

          The turning point came in my life when I was 19 years old. A client had called me for an appointment. She said it had been told to her that Ellen Evans could do Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving on anyone. I told her it would cost her $20.00. When she came for her appointment I went into shock! She had very Thin, Short Hair with Bald Spots everywhere. I had no ideal what to do. I didn't know how to tell her that I had never done hair as damaged as hers before or how to even get started. Thank goodness she was a talker. As she talked that gave me a chance to calm down and re-group my thoughts. I said to myself: "Ellen if you can do her Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving you can do Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving on anybody" So, I said a quick prayer and got busy. It took me about 6 hours, but the end results were Hugs and Tears. She had tears of joy running down her cheeks, she could not believe how good her Hair Extensions /Hair Weaving looked and how her Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving looked as if they were her real hair growing from her scalp. She later told me that when she got home and her husband came out to pay the cab driver he couldn't stop looking at her, and that night went into their record book.

 

          From that day on I knew that these are the women I wanted to specialize in, women that no one else could do Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving on because of their severe hair condition. That was almost 30 years ago. For a fact my Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving techniques have developed beyond what I could have imagined 30 years ago. To create the ability to give women with Severe Hair Loss a full head of beautiful hair goes beyond any joy I could have ever imagined for myself doing Hair Extensions / Hair Weaving. For the last 10 years I have been freelancing for 5 Stars hair salons in Palm Beach Island. At one time Frederic Fekkai Hair Salon, FrankCassi Hair Salon on Worth Ave and Justin's of Palm Beach Hair Salon and other outstanding Hair Salons in Palm Beach Island.
